Directors

GRACE Cares, Inc. was created by Kenneth Giancola, Zoe Kopp, and Thom Namaya in the summer of 2002. It is a Vermont non-profit corporation guided and run by a Board of Directors.  GRACE Cares is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt charitable organization. GRACE Cares uses income generated through donations, fundraisers, and grants to fund both initiatives run by our own Project Directors and other non-profits with projects that fall within our mission statement.
